In big retail operations with large numbers of stores there is always change going on somewhere in the network. In addition to store refits, branding changes, important communications affecting the whole estate there will be promotions and changes specific to certain store types and country regions. A constant flow of new projects and initiatives will require store staff to be trained alongside their normal merchandising and retail operations workload.
